Once your tofu is drained, blend a half cup of sugar at a time with the tofu and remove from the blender and move it to a bowl.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and melt the chocolate. This works best in a double boiler. Once it’s melted, add it to the tofu mix and mix well. Pour into the pre-made crust and bake it for 40 minutes. You can add strawberries to your tofu cheesecake if you like to give it a fresh pop.
