Smoked Trout Salad For Two

To prepare you are going to need 4 ounces skinned smoked trout fillet flaked, 1/4 cup minced celery, 2 tablespoons minced shallots, 2 tablespoons low fat mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons reduced fat sour cream, 1 teaspoon minced freshly grated lemon zest, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill, 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper, 2 cups mixed salad greens, and 1 plum tomato sliced.

Now you just combine the trout, celery, shallot, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, dill and pepper in a medium bowl, and then arrange the salad greens and tomato on 2 plates and top with the trout salad. It is that easy, and now the salad is finished and ready to eat.

Chocolate Fondue For Two

This recipe is very easy to prepare, and all you need is 3ounces bittersweet chocolate chopped, 2 tablespoons heavy cream, 1 tablespoon brewed espresso, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, pinch of salt, 1 banana peeled and cut into 8 pieces, 8 1-inch chunks of fresh pineapple, and 4 strawberries.

Now you just place the chocolate, cream, espresso, vanilla and salt in a medium microwave-safe bowl and then microwave for a couple of minutes, stirring once or twice in between. Now you just pour the chocolate mixture into a serving bowl and serve with fruit.
