Yeast Free Cooking Is Healthy Cooking

You may be feeling over tired and listless and carrying extra weight that you can’t lose - and it could all be because of the amount of yeast in your food that is to blame. While most people typically associate yeast in the body with yeast infections in private places, yeast can be throughout your body. It can actually make you feel lousy and have health issues you would never have associated with yeast. If you are able to keep yeast out of your diet, you will be able to avoid the health problems yeast ingestion can lead to. Common skin issues like eczema can actually be partially blamed on a large amount of yeast in your body. More severe health issues such as swollen joints, muscle pain and lethargy are also the result of yeast in some cases. If you are able to incorporate yeast free cooking in your diet, you may find some health concerns such as arthritis and skin issues can start to subside.

Anyone with any amount of cooking experience knows that most foods contain yeast. It is nearly impossible to cook without nay yeast. But, you can defy this logic if you learn about the foods that don’t have yeast added to them.

With the amount of bread and products containing bread, yeast free cooking can be difficult to do. Without the yeast in bread products, it will not rise. Just as it increases the fluff factor in foods, it affects the body also. Because yeast is so much like the natural bacteria coursing through your body, having too much may be difficult for a doctor to notice. Therefore, they do not readily diagnosis someone who may have problems all linked to too much yeast. In the bodies of some, yeast will actually lead to toxins as it breaks down. This is the cause of swollen joints in some.

When you eliminate bread products, you are cutting the amount of yeast intake down to an acceptable level. While you hear so much about people cutting out carbohydrates form their diet, it is actually the yeast that is the real root of the problem. Learning to do yeast free cooking can start by simply learning how to incorporate fish and healthy meats along with particular vegetables into your diet. This will help you phase out yeast. Unfortunately, this will result in having to say no to cookies and tempting cakes; but you will still be able to indulge in foods you love without yeast and not feel as though you are missing out on all the foods you love.
